Delivery Times

Our delivery times consist of two crucial steps:

Processing Time (1-2 business days): During this phase, we confirm your order, make adjustments if necessary, conduct thorough quality checks, and package your product with the utmost care.

Shipping Time (approximately 1-3 business days, depending on the country): This is the time elapsed from when your item leaves our international shipping center until delivery. Once your item leaves our warehouse, you can expect it to be delivered within the following timeframes: Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: 1-3 business days for delivery at the destination.

Please note that all delivery times are exclusive of delays that may occur due to customs and import duties. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Valentine's Day, additional delays may occur.
